Follow up Inspection: -The walk-in-cooler was re-serviced and it was 4 degrees C (40 degrees F) or colder. -Temperature logs were being maintained and the manager mentioned that they would audit them on a daily basis. -It was mentioned that the janitorial staff would purchase an additional stock bottle of bleach as the current one is running low. NOTE: Bleach water in the spray bottle was available for this week. Thank you for making improvements.
