Routine Inspection -Hand washing sinks fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use towels. -Coolers were at 4 C or below (except one walk-in cooler that was at 5 C and not in-use). -Freezer in kitchen was -14 C (should be -18 C) -As per supervisor, food is re-heated to 74 C or kept at 4 C in designated carts. Staff verify temperature by probing cold water that is placed in both the hot and cold side of the unit. At the time of inspection, lunch service had been completed and staff were cleaning-up. -High temperature dishwasher registered at least 71 C on plate surface during the final rinse cycle. -Quats surface sanitizer registered at 200 ppm from dispensing station - see above violation regarding labelling. -Temperature records maintained. -Meal replacement products are within their expiry dates. **Prep sink located by dough mixer has a leaking faucet - please repair.
