Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Two portions of Lunch meat and one paper jug of creamer were measured with an internal food product temperature of 13C. The cooler which these food products were stored in were measured with an ambient air temperature of 15C. This is a repeated violation.
Corrective Action(s): The aforementioned food items were discarded. Do not store any potentially hazardous food items in the under the counter cooler until it is able to maintain a temperature of 4C or less.

Follow-up inspection:
- Under the counter cooler had not been serviced. Owner stated technician had been contacted.
- Mold still observed on the water tray pipe in the inside of the ice machine. Clean and sanitize the inside of the ice machine. This is an outstanding violation.
- Meat slicer maintained in a sanitary condition.
- Temperature records not maintained. Start immediately to maintain temperature records for all refrigeration units.

Further enforcement actions such as violation tickets, compliance meeting may be issued in the future inspections if repeated/outstanding violations are noticed.
