Routine inspection conducted: Hand washing station fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel. All coolers at or below 4 degrees C. All freezers at or below -18 degrees C. General sanitation is adequate. No recent sign of pest activity was observed at this time. General food storage is adequate. Bleach sanitizer measured at 100-200 ppm as per test strip. Note: Washroom is currently out-of-order. The gap at the back door noted in the last inspection report still exist.
