-Premises open sporadically within the year when there is a large group of people back to back. -Overall premise is nice and clean, well organized. -Fridges are all <4 Celsius Standing freezer (-18C/-19C) Sliding door cooler 2C Magic Chef cooler 3C Coca Cola cooler 3C -Ice cream freezers were -20C/-29C -Hand sinks are stocked and working; lots of hot water available. -Spray sanitizer is 200 ppm chlorine. -Ice machine checked, appeared clean. -No sign of pests at time of inspection. Invoices from pest control services not available. Pest control contract in place for service monthly. -Operator to provide proof of Foodsafe Level 1 certification. -Popcorn was left in the maker about a week ago, manager discarded popcorn at time of inspection. **Discussed with manager the proper warewashing procedure in 3 compartment sink: Wash, rinse, sanitize (100ppm chlorine or 200ppm quats for 2 minutes)
