Observation: Second handsink near the prep. table by the walk-in-freezer lacked access to cold running water and a wall-mounted paper towel dispenser. Note: This handsink was supplied with liquid soap, hot running water, and a roll of paper towels on the nearby prep. table.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure the above-noted handsink is repaired to be supplied with cold running water as well; Correct within 2 weeks. Re-affix the wall-mounted paper towel dispenser at this handsink; Correct within 2 weeks.

Comments

Handsink near the front service area was supplied with hot and cold running water, and single-use paper towels.
Manager and staff member were washing their hands properly between different activities.
Under-the-counter two-door cooler and front beverage cooler were at or below 4 degrees C (40 degrees F).
Walk-in-freezer, both upright freezers, display freezer, and both ice cream display freezer temperatures were satisfactory.
100 ppm chlorine sanitizer was available in the sanitizer pail and third compartment sink.
3-compartment sink was supplied with hot and cold running water and three sink plugs.
Preparation utensils were observed undergoing proper manual ware-washing during the inspection.
Ice cream scoops were stored inside two separate dipper wells with running water supply in use.
Ice machine was in a clean condition.
Manager with valid FOODSAFE Level 1 course training (expiration date: June 25, 2027) was present on shift.
