Note: inspection conducted for kitchen/bar ,which has been the primary kitchen at this facility for the past 10 years according to operator. The "banquet kitchen" area is now being used for golf cart storage and is not in use for any kitchen. Only simple food items (ie. hot dogs) are prepared in this kitchen.

Routine inspection conducted:
- Coolers at 4 deg C or less
- Freezers at -18 deg C or less
- 2 compartment sink available for ware washing (as previously approved by area EHO), all customer utensils are single use
- Paper towels and liquid soap available for handwashing
- General sanitation satisfactory
- Recent pest control report indicates no pest activity in kitchen area
- Bar glass washer achieved 12.5 ppm iodine after rinse cycle
