Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Build-up of mold/mildew in the ice machine condenser

NOTE: This was observed in the April 5, 2022 Routine Inspection -continued repeat infractions will escalate enforcement such as ticketing and/or closure
Corrective Action(s): Discard all the ice -clean and sanitize the ice machine cavity and do so more frequently to prevent buildup

Observation: The bar area is encumbered with equipment lining the walkway -equipment that is only used seldomly throughout the year. Operator cannot access and clean the ice machine easily
