Report of Findings
Licensing recieved a complaint on Febuary 22, 2021, regarding care and supervision.

The allegations included the following details:
- inappropraite behavioural guidance

All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was collected from interviews and records. Licensing determined the following contrentions:
- Child Care Licensing Regulation (CCLR) Section 56 (2) Policies and Procedures
- CCLR Section 52 (1)(c) Care and Supervision

Observation: Licensing determined that policy was not implemented by employees.

14280 - CCLR s.52(1)(c)A licensee must ensure that a child, while under the care or supervision of the licensee, is not subjected to any of the following: (c) harsh, belittling or degrading treatment by an employee or another child, whether verbal, emotional or physical, that could humiliate the child or undermine the child's self respect.
Observation: Licensing determined that a behavioural guidance action used with a child was inappropriate.
