Required premise cleaning conducted throughout dining area including beverage station surfaces, waste bin stations and corners. Cleaning conducted throughout front service area. Product storage around front service counter reduced to allow for ease of cleaning. Since previous inspection: - cleaning measures have been increased in dining area - garbage receptacles emptied when seating area is closed at night Manager indicated are work order will be arranged to install plexiglass panels along bottom of folding gates along mall corridor to better deter pest entry. Discussed additional customer complaint received today that identified mice activity in the front dining area. ACTION: - Ensure daily cleaning is conducted to remove all food debris that will pose an attractant to pests - Empty garbage waste containers every night - Areas impacted with pest activity to be sanitized with 100 ppm chlorine following cleaning - Implement all pest proofing measures identified by pest control services
