- All handsinks are supplied with hot and cold running water, soap and paper towel
- All coolers less than 4C
- Freezers less than -18C
- High temperature dishwasher measured at 71C during final rinse at the dish surface
- Sanitizer solution in spray bottles and three compartment sink measured at 200ppm quats
- No evidence of pest activity at the time of inspection
- Food storage is satisfactory
- General sanitation is well maintained
