-Temp of all coolers and freezers are satisfactory >4oC and >-18 oC respectively. -Hot holding units >60 oC -General sanitation is ok Discussed: -Any food prepared by kitchen and sell in store - expiry date normally 2 days -Any repacked foods if nothing done to it follow the manufacturing recommendation for expiry date. -Cleaning and sanitizing for sushi machine every 2 hrs if it is in use continuously during day -Discard all expired products ( noted some passed 2 days in deli coolers ) Send an action plan to address all noted issues no later then May 26-2023 via email to the area inspector.
