Ensure rice cookers are operating at 60'C or above when in use. - 200ppm chlorine solution available in labelled spray bottles. - Foods obtained from approved sources. No change in suppliers. - High temperature dishwasher achieved 73.6'C at the plate level after final rinse. - Washroom handsinks satisfactory. - No evidence of pest activity observed at this time.
