Follow-up to code 304: Corrected: Rodent droppings were removed and the area was cleaned and sanitized with bleach as per operator. Follow-up to code 306: Corrected: All areas noted in previous inspection report have been cleaned and sanitation appeared satisfactory. Follow-up code 307: Corrected: The shelves in the walk-in cooler was repainted. The wall behind the chest freezer was covered with a white board to cover the hole. Discussed with operator that the hole must be repaired or have the board nailed in to cover the hole and secure it in place.
