General cleanliness has greatly improved throughout facility - thank you for your hard work. Be sure to maintain this level of cleanliness and continue to work on problem areas
Dry storage area has improved
Sanitizer prepared to 100ppm Cl - ensure wiping cloth remains in sanitizer
Pest control has conducted an inspection of the facility and will be visiting weekly in the interim
No signs of pest activity at time of inspection
Ceiling tiles have been replaced in dry storage and steel wool put in place around pipes
Grease trap has been cleaned
