Food-grade sanitizer is required to be on site whenever facility is operating. Correction: Use either a bucket or spray bottle and fill with bleach (or alternative approved sanitizer). Proper mix ratio is 1/2 tsp household unscented bleach to 1 L potable water. This should be made fresh daily. Correct by: immediately.
