Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): White fridge in main kitchen was at 9C. Daily records maintained and showed that fridge was at 4C earlier today. All potentially hazardous foods moved to an alternate cooler.
Corrective Action(s): Adjust/repair cooler so that it can maintain 4C or less at all times and do not use for potentially hazardous foods until fixed.
