Follow up inspection conducted. Floor plan submitted for the relocation of the 3-compartment sink and mop sink. Mop sink no longer double stack with the hand washing station. 2 separate water connection available for all sink compartments of the 3-compartment sink. Cleaning in the walk-in cooler and shelving units have been cleaned. If more alteration is needed in order to meet Metro Vancouver grease trap bylaw requirements, ensure floor plans are submitted to the health department for review prior to construction.
