Code 401 noted on Routine inspection # ABAI-C3RVEE of Jun-07-2021 Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] Observation: A) No soap available at 3 compartment sink. B) No soap available at hand sink across food preparation table in back area. Also, hand sink in back preparation area was blocked with several boxes and equipment (ie. prep cooler lid). This hand sink also leaks when turned on. Correction: Ensure all hand wash stations are fully equipped with soap, paper towel, hot and cold running water and are fully accessible and unobstructed at all times. This is a critical violation will be followed up with within 2 business days.

This report was completed off site and emailed to the operator. The details of the inspection observations and findings were reviewed with the operator on site at the time of the inspection. Follow up inspection to report ABAI-C3RVEE conducted. Single use paper towels are used to wipe sanitizer that is sprayed on food contact surfaces via spray bottle Hand sink in back food prep area has been repaired and no longer leaks. Hand sink is fully equipped and accessible. Soap dispenser at 3 compartment sink has been refilled Required cleaning and organizing has been completed
