Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Vegetable dicer observed with some food debris in the clean dishware storage area. Staff cleaned and sanitized the vegetable dicer during inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize equipment adequately as per approved sanitation plan to remove food debris and potenial bacteria. Inspect all cleaned equipment before storing them in the clean dishware storage area.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Metal collander for washing vegetables observed broken. Staff voluntarily discarded the collandar during inspection.

- Beverage display cooler at 2'C
- Pizza preparation cooler at or below 3'C (top and bottom)
- No room temperature-holding or hot-holding on site
- General sanitation is good during inspection
- Hand washing stations are unobstructed and adequately supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- 3-compartment sink available with drain plugs
- QUATs sanitizer in spray bottles (X3) measured at 200 ppm QUATs concentration with test strips
- Clean equipment and utensils stored in a sanitary manner
- No signs of pest activity during inspection
- All food stored at least 6 inches off the floor and covered
- Ventilation canopy above pizza oven observed in sanitary condition
- Staff washroom observed in sanitary condition
- Staff observed wearing clean uniforms with hair control
