Routine Inspection Conducted

Observations:
- Walk-in cooler at 3'C
- 2-door stainless steel freezer at -19'C
- Prep cooler drawers and inserts at or below 4'C
- Hot-held rice at 65'C
**NOTE: Temperature logs are not maintained. Temperature recording template was provided to staff during inspection. Ensure to check temperature of all coolers at least once daily (or more frequently as per approved food safety plan) to be verified by the health inspector during the next inspection.
- General sanitation of premise is satisfactory
- Hand washing stations are suppled with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- High-temperature dishwasher measured at 72'C
- 2-compartment sink available with drain plugs
- QUATs sanitizer spray bottles (X4) measured at 200 ppm QUATs concentration with a test strip
- All food observed protected from potential contamination (stored at least 6 inches off the floor and covered)
- First-in-first-out method is implemented
- Equipment stored in a sanitary manner
- In-use rice scoops are changed every 2 hours as stated by staff
- No signs of pests during time of inspection
- FOODSAFE Level 1 trained staff available on site
