- good hand hygiene observed
- sanitizer measured 200ppm quats at dispenser and spray bottle
- three compartment sink not set up at time of inspection
- foods date labelled to facilitate FIFO
- no obvious signs of pests; professional pest report reviewed, no activity
- FOODSAFE could not be verified at time of inspection, but staff appeared knowledgeable; keep copies of FOODSAFE certificates on-site
- general sanitation is satisfactory
