General: - handwashing stations stocked with soap, paper towels and hot and cold running water - good hand hygiene observed - sanitizer measured 200ppm quats at dispenser and spray bottle - three compartment sink not set up at time of inspection - foods date labelled to facilitate FIFO - no obvious signs of pests; professional pest report reviewed, no activity - FOODSAFE could not be verified at time of inspection, but staff appeared knowledgeable; keep copies of FOODSAFE certificates on-site - general sanitation is satisfactory Note: Wet uniform shirt by prep sink. Remove from food prep area. Temperatures; - walk-in cooler: 3C - prep cooler: 4C; ensure lid is closed when not busy to maintain temperature - pop cooler: 2C - temp logs maintained
