Quat sanitizer - available (at 200 ppm from dispensing unit at 3-compartment sink, spray, & buckets.
Note: Test strips for Quat sanitizer must be available for staff all the time/for 3-compartment sink and spry sanitizer/.
Three-compartment sink available for manual warewashing;
Walk-in freezer temperature at - 22.0 C.
Walk-in cooler at 3.8 C.
