Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Front sanitizer bucket appears cloudy and dirty with wiping cloths - noted 0 ppm QUATS
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all sanitizer bottles and buckets are supplied with 200 ppm QUATS sanitizer. Operator says buckets are changed every 2 hours. Change solution every 2 hours or when solution becomes dirty/cloudy.

2. Operator will get temporary soap and dispensers until mounted dispensers are repaired.

2. Large soup whisk stored in large container of dirty water noted at 25 C.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all utensils and equipment used to contact food is stored in a sanitary manner.
1. Ice scooper must be in designated clean container
2. Soup whisk must be in designated clean container - if stored in water it must be an ice bath to prevent pathogen growth.
