Observation: Burnt out light bulb and dim flickering light bulb in left ventilation exhaust hood
Corrective Action(s): Maintenance had replaced bulb but not working. Operator to call maintenance to fix the issue.

Observation: Observed that the following areas were not maintained in sanitary condition
- knife rack hanging on wall
- juice nozzles and underside near nozzles
- All shelving areas above food prep areas - the underside
Correction: Immediately clean and sanitize the mentioned areas and ensure that it is done at an increased frequency.

Observation: Observations:
1) Meat slicer not properly washed and sanitized. Visible debris observed behind blade
2) Metal trays not properly washed and sanitized. Food debris stuck on
Correction: Ensure that these areas are addressed immediately with washing and sanitizing. Unsanitary meat slicers may cause cross-contamination of foods and allow pathogen growth.
Comments

All violations from previous inspection were corrected. Operator is very cooperative and facility appears in good sanitary condition.
