Follow-up Inspection conducted for report#JCHY-CCDTJP.
The following violations have been corrected in report#JCHY-CCDTJP.
-Can opener blade and knives in sanitary condition.
-Sauces stored in the walk-in cooler or line cooler in the meantime until sauce cooler is purchased. Sauces measured at 4C. Walk-in cooler and line cooler measured at 4C or lower.
-Bar handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
-Dry goods and spices observed to be stored in containers with lids or wraped with food-grade saran wrap.
-Walk-in freezer measured at -18C. Stand-up freezer replace with chest freezer measured at -20C.
-Meat slicer removed from the premises that is not required in the normal operations.

Outstanding violations in report#JCHY-CCDTJP require attention:
-Sauce Cooler labelled out of service. Obtain a cooler for sauces that is able to hold an air ambient temperature of 4C or lower.
-High-temperature glasswasher is out of service. Operator informed that the servicing company will take away the glasswasher for repair and replace with a new one in 2-3 weeks. Corrected by: April 7, 2022. In the meantime, use kitchen dishwasher to wash glasses/utensils.
