Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Handsink was filled with food equipment at time of inspection. No other sinks available. Therefore, had to have staff member clean it out in order to wash hands.
Corrective Action(s): Handsink is to beused for handwashing only. Do not store equipment in this sink.

Observation: Dishwashing area requires reorganizing. Dirty blenders being stored on drying racks with clean blenders. Drainboards dripping all over counters and floors. Floors have a build up of food debris. Some shelves require reorgainizing and cleaning. Staff masks found ontop of ice machine.
Corrective Action(s): Reorganize dishwashing area. Do not place drying rack under paper towel dispenser. Thoroughly clean and maintain premises. To be corrected by July 16,.

All coolers are maintaining foods at 4 degrees C. or colder.
Freezer is -18 degrees C. Scooping freezer requires defrosting and cleaning.
Liquid soap and paper towel at handsink.
Sanitizer in third compartment sink measured 200 PPM quat residual.
Ice scoop stored in clean container.
Dipper well in use. A hose has been added to dipper well. Ensure that there is an air gap to prevent backflow into drinking water system. Verify and correct if needed immediately.
