-large wooden platform at the fish processing station has been replaced with metal platform with grip to prevent slipping
-Processing room in use and temp noted 10 C
***Continue to follow 3 comp manual dishwashing procedure in processing room for cleaning and sanitizing equipment
-Wood and cardboard has been removed (except violation noted above)
-improvement in sanitation
***Create regular deep cleaning schedule for all areas of back meat department.
