Health application, permit fee $100 in cheque TD #22 (Aug 2019 - March 31, 2020), built as floor plans, dishwasher specs and revised sanitation plan collected. Items #1-21 completed. Dishwasher: 74 deg. C @ plate Glasswasher: 72.8 deg. C @ plate, see thermolabel Hot water in washrooms: 46 to 52 deg. C (reduce to <49 deg. C) --> Please clean some more under prep table, seal small gap in dining room and add lock to staff room (front). Do no leave food behind sneeze guard when store closes as there's no door. Health Approval granted to open and provide herbal hookah. Ensure all city of Burnaby requirements are met. License referral not received to date.
