Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Rotating hand slicer found to have food debris stuck on blades and inside of blade housing.
Corrective Action(s): Disassemble, clean and sanitize the slicer immediately. This must be done after every use of the machine.

=3 compartment sink with sink plugs available for manual dishwashing. Operator able to demonstrate manual warewashing method

=General sanitation was satisfactory at the time of inspection, general food storage practices good at the time of inspection, no evidence of pest activity noted at the time of inspection
