Correction order issued as several issues noted above are repeat issues - Please note, that further observations of these violations will result in a closure order and/or violation tickets.

In the interim, staff are using an ice bath to keep toppings at 4C or below until prep cooler can be fixed - this is a temporary measure. Cooler must be fixed.
