- Under-counter dairy cooler: 3.4 deg C.
- Sandwich prep cooler: 3.2 deg C.
- Front sliding glass door cooler - satisfactory.
Note: Display case - no potentially hazardous food in the case.
- Utensils stored safely at the time of inspection.
- Hot holding at 72 deg C (soup).
- Quats sanitizer spray at 200 ppm QUATS.
- No signs of pests.
- Ice machine - clean; ice-scoop stored safely at the time of inspection/outside.
- Chemical dishwasher at 50 ppn of chlorine solution.
