-Walk-in coolers were at 4C.
-Walk-in freezer was at -18C.
-Prep coolers (4) were at or below 4C (top and bottom).
-Dairy upright cooler was at 4C.
-Upright freezer was at -14C.
-No hot holding at the time of inspection.
-Cooked foods were properly cooled in a rapid manner. Gravy and chicken were at 4C.
-Beef burger was cooked to greater than 71C.
-High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 75C on the dish surface (minimum of 71C required for proper sanitizing).
-Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Quats sanitizer spray bottle labelled and tested at 200ppm.
-Meat slicer was found to be clean and sanitary. Slicer is properly disassembled for cleaning and sanitizing after each use.
-Foods stored off the ground and protected from potential contamination.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-Facility serviced by a professional pest control operator. No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until February 18, 2026.
