- 3 chest freezers = -18C, -22C, and -24C
- 2 prep coolers = 4C
- Upright white cooler = 3C
- Upright cooler w. a glass door = 4C
- Walk-in cooler = 4C
- Thermometers present
- Hand sink stocked w/ liquid soap, paper towels, and hot& cold running water
- Ice machine is clean and scop stored separately.
- Meat slicer is clean, and cleaned and sanitized after use.
- QUATS sanitizer in a spray bottle used for food contact surfaces measured 200ppm.
Low temp dishwasher measures 100ppm chlorine.
General sanitation in food prep area is good.
