All coolers were < 4 C. Check daily.
Freezer was at -18 C.
No evidence of pests, traps in place.
Dishwasher reached 72 C at the plate level. Check daily.
Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
Quats sanitizer was at 200 ppm.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
Discussed Covid-19 protocol with the operator.
