General Comments: All coolers are below 4 degC Freezers are below -18 degC Dishwasher rinse temperature is at 76 degC Temperature log's being maintained Hand wash sink is fully equipped Public washrooms are fully equipped Water filters were last changed in August 15, 2023. They're due to be changed every 4-6 months. In-use utensils are washed/replaced every 4 hours. A timer is used for this purpose. Staff are expected to wash hands every 30 minutes when the timer goes off. TAKE THIS TIME TO CHECK THE SANITIZER SOLUTIONS WITH THE TEST STRIPS AS WELL. 200ppm Quats is being used for sanitizing. Solution is changed as needed throughout the day. ENSURE SOLUTION'S TESTED FREQUENTLY TO ENSURE A STRENGTH OF 200PPM. Abell pest control is on contract.
