Ice wand has been purchased as requested. Use it! - do not fill water above the "maximum fill line" as the wand will break - store the wand in a sanitary manner. Recommend using a food grade bag or bin to prevent contamination - after each use, wash, rinse, sanitize as you would any other food contact surface Pest control has done another visit. Report on site and available for review 2 more rodents removed A log book has been started including cleaning details and where evidence of rodents were found. Good! Keep this accurate as it will help the company address the problem Upstairs prep cooler has been retrofitted to have easy access inserts. **Keep machine operating at 4C or below. Recommend keeping the bottom around 1-2C so the food in the inserts remains at 4C or below at all times General sanitation slightly improved - keep it up! The rodent situation will not be resolved if your cleaning doesn't greatly improve.
