Follow-up inspection to report #ZDER-BHXVLS - all violations corrected
-Sanitizer buckets and spray bottles available at 100 ppm chlorine with wiping cloths.
*Ensure the wiping cloths if covered in debris should be rinsed under running water first before being placed in sanitizer solution to maintain concentration and then be used to sanitize food contact surfaces
-Floor has been cleaned under shelving
-Bulk food bin exteriors have been cleaned
-Walk in cooler has been organized with raw proteins on one side and veggies/ready to eat foods on the other
-Front display cooler food is not being stacked too high outside the cold blanket of the unit. Pre-packaged sushi noted at 4 C
-No food or items stored in ice machine ice
-Ice scooper stored in sanitary manner
-Bulk food bin scoopers are plastic and have handles stored outside of food
-No double stacking in prep cooler noted during inspection
-Walk in freezer ice will be thawed and decreased during winter break in the next couple weeks according to the owner
