-Follow-up inspection to December 11, 2018. -Front cooler compressors have been swapped and cooler was at 4C. -Bleach sanitizer solutions were readily available for use. -Handwash stations easily accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels. -Operator needs to obtain accurate thermometers for cooler units. -Operator will register an additional staff member for FoodSafe Level 1 to ensure at least one FoodSafe certified staff member is on-site at all times. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
