Follow up inspection: -Second handsink was supplied with both hot and cold running water. Roll of paper towels was available on the table near this handsink. -Paper towel dispenser was available on-site, however it had fallen again from the wall according to the Manager. Please ensure to wall-mount the paper towel dispenser at this handsink. -Ensure to post your health operating permit in a conspicuous location of the food service establishment. If you are unable to locate your permit to operate, complete and submit the health operating permit replacement form and provide a $30.00 permit replacement fee payment to Fraser Health (refer to the health operating permit replacement form for details).
