- Handwash stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- Coolers operating at/below 4'C; Freezers operating at -18'C.
- Thermometers available for temperature monitoring.
- Hot-holding units operating above 60'C.
- General food storage practice good throughout.
- 200ppm Quats available in labelled spray bottles throughout.
- Professional pest control company contracted. Traps in place.
-Good personal hygiene noted by staff and students
-General maintenance and sanitation of the facility very good at time of visit , no concerns noted
-Log sheets are kept up to date
