site visit conducted at facility. At time of visit manager was not available. Spoke with bartender and a server regarding requirements to check covid vaccine passports. Staff stated that checks are made for every patron. As the front entrance is not manned, some patrons seat themselves but checks are done at the table. I stated that patrons must be checked prior to entering the establishment. Follow up will be conducted with manager.
