Premise is sanitary. No signs of pests at the time of inspection. Counter cooler at 3C milk. Ice machine is sanitary. 3 compartment sink in use with 200 ppm Quat sanitizer. Single use items are stored in a sanitary manner and discarded after use. Food protected from contamination. Staff demonstrate good personal hygiene. Condiments are stored in a sanitary manner. Creamers and milk are time stamped and discarded every 2 hours.
