Corrective Action(s): - Ensure the handsink is equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel at all times. Staff replenished paper towel at the time of inspection. 305 - Conditions observed that may allow entrance/harbouring/breeding of pests [s. 26(b),(c)] Observation: - Entrance door is open. Corrective Action(s): - Door was observed to be open when there was no delivery taking place. Ensure to have the door closed at all times to prevent pest entry. Staff closed the door at the time of inspection. Violation Score: 3 306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)] Observation: This is REPEAT VIOLATION. Clean up of the back storage has not been completed. - unused furnitures (couch, cabinet, chairs) that appear to be personal items are present. - disconnected toilet unit is present. - excessive bags of empty drink/pop cans observed by the back door. Corrective Action(s): - Ensure to remove all items (furnitures, toilet) not related to the operation of the business. De-clutter the back area and store items 6 inches off the floor to allow easier cleaning. Discard the bags of empty cans on regular basis. Do not accumulate garbages in the back. Correction Order is issued. Violation Score: 15 311 - Premises not maintained as per approved plans [s. 6(1)(b)] Observation: - Back storage area lights are out.
