The following items have been observed: -->Products are now stored at least 6 inches above ground. -->Back storage room has been re-organized. -->Floor under deep fryers appears cleaner than last inspection; however, debris and stains are still noted. Note: Spoke with operator (in person) regarding installing wheels on deep fryers. Operator indicated cleaning under deep fryers will be done more frequently (every 2/3 days or within a week). If pooling of grease is observed in routine inspections again, wheels must be installed to facilitate cleaning.
