Follow-up to routine inspection report #KLIU-CHVVAL: > Cleaning in the sugar/flour and mixed nuts aisles has improved. > Produce prep area has also improved - few produce scraps were noted at time of inspection. > Upon discussion with staff present, produce prep is limited to trimming but is ongoing throughout the day while cleaning in this area occurs once or twice a week. > Moving forward, this area must be cleaned and sanitized daily. Signature not obtained due to COVID protocols. Report printed and reviewed with assistant store manager on site.
