Follow-up inspection to report PKUR-CL2QNH Ops room has been thoroughly cleaned and organized - good job. A few flies around the dish pit but overall an improvement from last time. Continue working on keeping the dish pit in a clean condition and preventing the accumulation of standing water. Consider updating sanitation plan/increasing the frequency of cleaning and mopping this area. No concerns noted regarding thawing process for fish.
