Comments

A routine inspection was conducted, the following observations were made:
- Coolers 4C or colder; freezer was -10C; thermometers present; and temperatures recorded daily.
- High temperature dishwasher was 77.6C during the rinse cycle, at the plate's surface, as per max/min thermometer.
- Quats sanitizer in cloth buckets were 200ppm.
- Hand washing sink was stocked with running hot and cold water, liquid soap and paper towels.
- Food stored properly. Foods stored in food grade containers; covered; date coded; and 6" off the floor on shelves or platforms.
- Stock rotation rules followed (FIFO). No expired foods in use or for sale.
- Food handling practices done properly. Utensils used to handle food, and hands washed properly.
- Sanitation level is good. No signs of pests. A bit of dust is accumulating on the hot water tank, walls, and venting. Clean these areas.
- Ice machine is clean and absent of mildew inside. Scoops stored outside of ice machine in clean buckets.
- FoodSafe certified staff present.
