Mop sink has been repaired and is no longer leaky. You may resume to use the mop sink. Three door undercounter cooler has been unplugged, no food inside. Operator is planning to replace the three door cooler. Ensure that the temperature is able to maintain <4C before food can be stored inside. Temperature charts are up to date but recommend clear labeling on the refrigeration units itself so staffs can differentiate properly. Corrective action should be taken and recorded when needed. Discussed procedures to take in the event of power outage. No further concerns.
