Observation:
a few fruit flies noted around the food processing area. The fruit flies may come from dishwashing area of the cafe. No insect control devices are in place in the commissary kitchen area.

Corrective action: Ensure the door connecting the dishwashing area and the kitchen is Always closed when not in use to prevent fruit flies entrance
- Consult with the pest control company for adding insect treatment/control devices in the kitchen area.
